My name is Raiya
I am the Owner & Program Director of Earthside's End of Life Doula program. I started this program after years of caring for the dying and their families, mostly in cancer and the elderly.
I wanted to find a course that would go deeper into this learning but I found that although there were a few courses out there to choose from, none felt like they had all of the information I was looking for. I spent 3 years interviewing Doctors, Nurses, Hospice Workers, Caretakers, Lawyers and the Women's Business Center to put together the most efficient and thorough program for all who desired it.
My intention is to build an Earthside Community where we all feel supported by one another in our journey to becoming the greatest caretakers for the dying.
"Collaboration, not Competition" is our motto.
